Legendary summer ribs | ABC4 Utah
Mouth-watering baby back ribs are a perfect meal for this summer’s barbecue. Check out the steps to take in the GTU Kitchen with Adam Livingston.
STEP 1: Seasoning
1. In a baking dish, add water and some type of liquid smoke. (We do this step a little differently in the restaurant, due to our equipment.)
2. Mix well.
3. Take the ribs, use a cocktail shaker and your favorite dry seasoning (we have our seasoning for sale online at TexasRoadhouse.com), and coat each rib thoroughly.
4.Place the ribs in the pan.
STEP TWO: Cooking
1.Place the mussels in a 300 ° F oven and cook slowly until done.
2.Ribs are fully cooked when the bone in the center loosens from the meat. At this point, remove from the oven.
STEP THREE: Grill
1. Choose your favorite barbecue sauce to heat and baste the ribs.
2. Preheat the grill.
3.Brush and season the grill before using.
4.Place the rack of ribs vertically with the underside facing the wire shelves.
5.Heat until sizzling.
6.Turn the ribs over and baste the underside of the ribs, and heat until sizzling.
7. Brush the top.
8.Turn the ribs one last time and brush with a final layer.
9. Last but not least, serve your guests and accept their compliments graciously!
