She wrote in an Instagram post: “Good choices include foods rich in antioxidants, as they improve clarity and fatigue. These include foods like dark chocolate, berries, and citrus fruits.

Dr Naidoo says they are “a great source of lutein which can positively improve brain function.”
Berries work in your favor by increasing blood flow to your brain, thereby increasing your mental performance.
You can never have enough dark chocolate and the best part is that it is good for you when preparing for exams because it helps improve mental fatigue and boosts memory.
Ideal for coordination, memory and brain function, the nutritionist calls them “nature’s multivitamins”. Definitely an ingredient that you cannot miss!
Other foods such as green vegetables, beets, and eggs contain essential nutrients, fiber, and protein to help your brain work better.
Beets are high in nitric oxide, which makes them excellent for promoting blood circulation, helping the brain to function properly.
“Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids are also great for brain function, as they make up most of the brain’s dry weight. Try to choose nuts, avocados and seafood, ”she adds.
It’s a well-known fact that they are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and help keep your mind active, fueling both the brain and the body.
They are rich in flavonoids; they help improve memory and promote learning.
