Wagyu Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, Stuffed Eggs, Southern Shrimp Cocktail and more now available at a renowned restaurant and brasserie
Nashville, Tennessee (RestaurantNews.com) Rock Bottom Brewery and Restaurant launched new appetizers and mouth-watering flatbreads on the rockin ‘restaurant and brasserie’s new menu!
Whether it’s a casual hangout or a party get-together, Rock Bottom has just launched some new shareable items and bite-size bites perfect for any occasion, including:
Wagyu Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives – Olives sprinkled with Parmesan Panko stuffed with blue cheese, wagyu beef and a sweet Rock Bottom is launching new shareable menu items with smoky frosting.
Stuffed eggs – Confit bacon, crispy beer, smoked paprika, microgreens and marinated fresno.
Half Pound Southern Shrimp Cocktail – Remoulade, cocktail sauce, lemon and Old Bay seasoning.
Roasted Tika Cauliflower – Tricolor cauliflower, grains of paradise, spicy almonds, marinated fresno and spicy yogurt sauce.
Brewery beets – Roasted beets, sour queso fresco beer, cilantro, jalapeño, tea-lime vinaigrette and crispy grains.
Crispy squid – Charred lemon, smoked paprika, microgreens and ale-aioli.
Kettle nachos – Kettle chips, beer cheese queso, bacon, green onion and blue cheese.
Chips & Guac – Homemade guacamole and tortilla chips.
Diced smoked salmon – Smoked salmon, cereal toast, cucumber relish and charred lemon.
Brewery nachos – Homemade tortilla chips, black beans, cheddar, pepper jack, pico de gallo, marinated jalapeños, cilantro, house salsa and sour cream.
Supreme Charged Nachos – Santa fe chicken, homemade tortilla chips, Kölsch queso, Mexican crema, chipotle cream, black beans, cheddar, pepper jack, pico de gallo, marinated jalapeños, cilantro, homemade salsa and sour cream.
RB Beer Pretzel Bites – Maldon sea salt, green onion and malt aioli.
Bison sliders – Three bison sliders served on homemade sweet slider rolls with chili ranch, cheddar, candied bacon and cilantro.
Baba ghanoush – Grilled eggplant, spicy almonds, barley, garlic, smoked paprika, Greek yogurt, charred lemon, extra virgin olive oil and wheat flour toast.
Chicken wings – Choose from signature buffalo, chipotle honey barbecue and Cajun rub.
Duck wings – Six duck wings, sweet smoky icing, chili ranch hatch, lime and cilantro.
The acclaimed brasserie restaurant also showcases the flatbreads! These shareable slices are made with scratch paste, made with dark beer, brewed on site, and grains used in the brewing process. Customers can choose from Margherita, Pepperoni, Charred Wagyu, Braised Short Rib and Brussels and Mean Green.
