“Love it. It’s the best job in the world. It’s so much fun – we have the same crew week after week and we all get along really well. We really have a great relationship. We cook some food, we laugh, and that’s it! “
An iconic moment on the show is when a famous guest is forced to choose their “ food heaven ” and their “ food hell, ” which often results in a gold medal at the television when his worst nightmare dish is presented to him.

Matt often takes to Instagram to share his favorite food creations
Informing that the coals need to be much lower than you think, Matt said not to start broiling until “they look like they’ve burnt – now is the best time to cook. It’s not when the charcoal is black, it’s when they “are charred and they seem to be almost done. “
“Try not to use meat that’s too fatty,” Matt said. “Marinate your meat after cooking it. Brush it with a nice oil while the meat is at rest and give it a chance to merge with the delicious juices.” We’ll have to try this one …
